Voting Rights
Ordinary Resolution
Each member shall have one vote and shall be carried by a simple majority of the votes cast.
Special Resolution
Each member shall have a vote in proportion to his share of the contributions made to fund BCA in the current year. For a resolution to be passed, not less than 75% of the total vote shall be required in favour. In the event of a vote not being cast, the vote will be counted with the majority.

Construction Products Regulation (CPR) ensures consistent information is available for those who need to know by enabling the performance of construction products throughout the EU to be assessed and compared irrespective of the manufacturer or country of origin.
